PolyClimb ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile game applications, including Poly Climb, EchoCube, and LumaTap.

Information We Collect

Personal Information

Our games do NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal information.

We do not require user accounts, email addresses, names, or any other personally identifiable information.

Non-Personal Information

Our apps store the following data locally on your device only:

• High Score: Your best score achieved in the game
• Game Progress: Current level, lives count, and timestamps
• Audio Preferences: Whether game audio is muted or not
• Settings: User preferences for gameplay options

This data is stored using HTML5 localStorage and never leaves your device.

Third-Party Services

Google AdMob

Poly Climb uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process certain information to serve personalized ads and measure ad performance.

App Tracking Transparency (iOS 14+)

• When you first launch the app, you'll be asked for permission to track your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies
• This permission request is required by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework
• You can choose to "Allow Tracking" or "Ask App Not to Track"
• Your choice affects whether you receive personalized ads; you'll still see ads either way

Information AdMob May Collect

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID/IDFA)
• IP address
• Device type and operating system
• General location (country/region level, not precise location)
• Ad interaction data (views, clicks)

How AdMob Uses Data

• To serve relevant advertisements
• To measure ad performance and analytics
• To prevent fraud and improve ad quality

AdMob Privacy Controls

Users can opt out of personalized ads through their device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Disable tracking for our apps
• iOS (Alternative): Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → Disable "Personalized Ads"

Users can reset their Advertising ID at any time in device settings and change tracking preferences through iOS Settings.

No Other Third-Party Services

Our games do not use:

• Analytics services
• Crash reporting tools
• Social media integrations
• Cloud save/backup services
• User tracking or profiling tools

Data Security

• All locally stored game data is saved securely on your device using standard browser storage mechanisms
• We do not transmit any game data to external servers
• We do not have access to your device or the data stored on it

Children's Privacy

Our games do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect any personal data, the apps are safe for all ages.

However, please note that AdMob ads are displayed in some games. Parents and guardians should be aware that third-party advertisers may collect information as described in the "Third-Party Services" section above.

Age Rating: Our apps are rated for ages 4+ (Apple App Store).

Data Retention

• Local game data (scores, progress, preferences) is retained on your device until you:
  • Uninstall the app
  • Clear the app's data/cache
  • Manually reset in-app settings (if applicable)
• AdMob data is retained according to Google's policies (see AdMob Privacy Policy links above)

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Delete Local Data: Uninstall the app or clear browser/app cache to remove all locally stored game data
• Opt Out of Personalized Ads: Disable personalized advertising in your device settings
• Reset Advertising ID: Reset your Advertising ID in device privacy settings to prevent ad tracking continuity

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

International Users

Our games are available worldwide. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that information collected by AdMob may be transferred to and processed in countries where Google operates, including the United States.
